A cat waiter brings treats (bagel with salmon and milkshake, yum yum!) to a family of otters at a waterfront cafe! I was inspired by several oceanside cafes here in Rhode Island, and wanted to make a piece showing a happy morning outing with a mom and her kids.

I remember taking my girls out on my own when they were little, and how tough it could be -- and how successful I felt when everything was going well! Can you relate? :) This otter mama has got it together, and her little ones are excited to look at the sea, listen to the windchimes, and enjoy their day out in this cute coastal town!
