Refund policy

I do my best to represent my work accurately online and send you beautiful things! However, if you're not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you receive for any reason, I will gladly issue a full refund after the item has been returned.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days after I receive it back here at my studio.

Digital downloads are not returnable or refundable.

Gift cards are nonrefundable. Thank you for understanding, and for supporting a tiny independent business!

Digital downloads, including freebies, patterns, and any other art, are for personal use only. Reselling or mass manufacture is prohibited. You are welcome to sell sewn items made from my patterns if you sew them yourself in your home on a small scale, as long as you credit Dorybird/Dorothy Tully as the pattern designer and link back to Dorybird.com!
