"Katherine Hodgkin" Iris, 5x7 watercolor art print

Each Spring, some of the first bulbs to emerge in my yard are these gorgeous little irises! Right by my door, I can look down and enjoy the unusual color mix of pale indigo and white, with yellow splotches among the intricate periwinkle stripes and speckles. This type of iris is called "Katharine Hodgkin", barely rising above the ground, but packed with pizzazz! :) I painted this piece with pen and watercolor.
